Terms and Conditions of Easy Pay

1. Easy Pay cannot be cancelled at any time by the purchaser during the course of the payment term.
2. The Initial Deposit and first months payment are payable in advance prior to your Complete Nappy Pack being sent to you.
3. The minimum payment must be paid every month, month-to-month, until the products are paid off.
4. The purchaser may opt to pay the remainder of the Complete Nappy Pack price in full during the course of the Easy Pay term.
5. The purchaser may not return any part of their Complete Nappy Pack for refund during the course of the Easy Pay payment term.
6. Little Miracles Ltd will honour the 3-month product workmanship guarantee on all products supplied in the Complete Nappy Pack.
7. Easy Pay Payments must be made my Credit Card or Automatic Payment. Automatic Payments must not be cancelled - the full payment term must run until the final payment has been made and the products are paid for. 
8. Any failure to pay on behalf of the purchaser will incur IMMEDIATE DEBT RECOVERY by Baycorp. The purchaser will be liable for all costs associated with the debt recovery. 
9. The Complete Nappy Pack remains the property of Little Miracles Ltd until paid for IN FULL by the purchaser.
